Behind the door.
What the House collects
When you open a room we record your name, how to reach you, the program, the state and the term, together with whatever you tell us about the placement. When a file opens we also hold the documents a site or a school requires: agreements, credentials, compliance items, hour logs and evaluations.
We do not collect anything a placement does not need, and we do not buy or sell information about you.
Who may read it
Three people: the clinician in your wing, the steward who keeps your file, and the head of client care. A site receives your details only after you have approved the shortlist, and a school receives only the packet its own template asks for.
How long it is kept
For the length of the placement and the period a program may audit it afterward. After that the file is closed and the documents are destroyed or returned, whichever the school's rule requires.
Your choices
You may ask what the House holds about you, correct it, or ask that a closed file be destroyed early, by telephone or through the contact page. Requests are answered by the steward who kept the file.
The website itself
This site keeps only what its forms and live chat need to work: the message you send, the page it came from, and a visitor token stored in your browser so a chat can continue across pages. No advertising trackers are used.
