For institutions: the partner ledger.
Universities, health systems and agencies place their professionals through the House under one agreement. The school's affiliation office receives packets in its own template, a named steward answers for every file, and a weekly register goes to whoever the agreement names.
Cohorts are housed by term. A program that opens forty placements in August receives forty shortlists in June, and the compliance files are closed before the first day of the rotation, not chased through it.

You tell the House the program, the state, the hours and the term. The handbook rules are read before anything else happens.

Sites already on the register are matched by license, specialty and distance, and the wing rules on each one.

Approval
You choose from the shortlist. Nothing is sent to a site until you have.

Agreement
The affiliation packet goes to your school in its own template, and the preceptor's credentials go with it.

Compliance
Titers, screenings and certifications are collected against the site's list and dated past the end of the term.

Hours and evaluations
The hour log is reconciled against evaluations weekly, and the register tells you what is filed and what comes next.

What does the House actually hold before I ask?
A register of preceptors and field sites kept by state, license and specialty, with a note on which programs each has accepted before. A match is drawn from names already ruled on, not searched for after the enquiry lands, which is why a shortlist usually reaches you within days rather than weeks.
Which programs does Practicumhouse place for?
Nurse practitioner tracks across family, psychiatric-mental health, adult-gerontology, women's health and pediatrics; DNP project and residency hours; MSN leadership, education and informatics practicum; RN-to-BSN hours; MSW and BSW field placement; clinical mental health and marriage-and-family counseling practicum and internship; and applied practice for MPH and MHA programs.
Do you work with the university, or only with me?
Both. A professional may open a room directly, and a university, health system or agency may place its people through the House under a single partner agreement. Either way the affiliation packet goes to the school in the school's own format, and the weekly register is copied to whoever the agreement names.
Who keeps the paperwork?
The House does. Affiliation agreements, preceptor credentials, prerequisites, hour logs and evaluations are filed by the head of client care and chased weekly. You attend the hours and exercise the clinical judgment; the file is kept for you.
What about compliance documents such as titers and background checks?
The compliance steward collects them against the site's list, not a generic one, and dates every item past the end of the term before the placement opens. A site that would otherwise send someone home for an expired document never gets the chance.
Is anything promised that cannot be promised?
No. The House does not promise a grade, a particular preceptor, or a placement in a program whose handbook forbids outside arrangements. Where a rule cannot be met, you are told at the door, before any fee.
